Presentation
To understand the rise of the right and extreme right in Europe, Valentin Behr proposes to decentralize the study of the production and circulation of ideas, by focusing on the role of conservative intellectuals in the critique of liberal democracy. He presents his current research at the IEA and discusses it with Frédérique Matonti, author of the book Comment sommes-nous devenus réacs ? (Fayard, 2021).
