Trained in the hotel and catering industry in Le Puy-en-Velay, a lover of French heritage and gastronomy, Pierre Pezzillo has long accompanied major international artists on tour (Céline Dion, The Rolling Stones, Prince, etc.), helping them discover the wealth of our local craftsmen and producers.

He joined the IEA in January 2025 as Head Chef, where he is in charge of daily meals for researchers in residence and the team, as well as meals for scientific events organized by our university partners.
