After completing her education in political science and public relations at the Higher School of Economics in Moscow, followed by Sciences Po Paris, Irina pursued her career in marketing and project management. She initially worked in large international companies such as L'Oreal and Pernod Ricard before transitioning to the field of international private education with United World College.

At the Paris IAS, she ensures smooth communication between departments and is responsible for coordinating various processes within the Institute, including welcoming researchers in residence, organizing and planning scientific events, and managing relations with academic and institutional partners.
