Talk by Gruia Badescu, 2024-2025 Paris IAS fellow as part of the Rhodes Forum on Technology and Society organized by the University of Oxford

The third annual Rhodes Forum on Technology & Society will bring together visionaries from the realms of science, technology, arts, and social innovation to discuss ground-breaking developments that paint a hopeful picture of tomorrow. Gruia Badescu will be speaking of urban reconstruction after war and urban memory in this panel discussion which aims to “outline a holistic approach to building the settlements of tomorrow - spaces that are designed to be sustainable, equitable, and responsive to the needs of all their residents.
