Presentation
Sergejus Muravjovas's research project addresses the question “What’s next and how?” once anti-corruption laws are passed and commitments to eradicate corruption are declared. The project focuses on identifying the ingredients for an effective anti-corruption approach to create change within healthcare establishments, based on a promotion of values, social norms and creation of long-standing practices that ensure sustainable behavioural change. It will do so by deconstructing an anti-corruption initiative that took place in an outpatient clinic in Vilnius, Lithuania.
